I am Jennifer Lloyd Green. Wife. Mother. Business cheerleader. Apprenticeship advocate. A woman of faith. People often call me the connector — I know what collaboration can do when it is treated as a practice, not a personality.
Hello Cashflow LLC is the resource company for the work: leadership coaching at several altitudes, fractional management contracts, and sister ventures including Hello Apprenticeship. We have been at it since 2016.
Why this name
Cashflow
A favorite business coach gave me a challenge. I won it by naming what we as business owners really want. Not the LinkedIn version. Cashflow. The oxygen that lets you keep promises — to your people, your vendors, your family, and the company you said you were building.
The goal of Hello Cashflow and our team of coaches is to free up your processes so your resources can overflow. We recognize that business is personal, and that leadership and workforce are not side quests. They are how the money moves.
Hello
A Hello is a welcome. It is the first honest conversation. One of my best friends loves to remind me: you never know where the next Hello will take you. She is right. Some of the best work of my life started as an introduction I almost skipped.
That is why the logo is a sunny yellow nametag. I replaced “my name is” with Cashflow — because that is the introduction worth making. I am a future optimist. I assume the next chapter can be better than this one if we tell the truth and then act.
